1. Go to the Tools > Internet Options menu.
2. In the box that appears, click on the Security tab. Then click the Custom Level... button.
3. Locate the Scripting option in the list, and verify that Active Scripting is enabled.
4. Click "OK" on the above box, then click on the Privacy tab. Move the slider to "Medium".
5. Click "OK" on all windows, and you have successfully enabled Javascript and Cookies!
